I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Heather, a Certified Emotion & Body Code Practitioner, as well as an experienced Labor Doula and Prenatal Mentor. After spending long hours with mothers in labor while they worked through emotional blockages, I transitioned to facilitating this healing during pregnancy, which shortens and softens the birth process, reduces unnecessary interventions, and increases positive experiences.
