When Trapped Emotions become stored in your heart, your subconscious mind immediately begins to build a protected space, allowing your heart to continue performing life sustaining functions. In his research, Dr. Nelson estimated that 93% of people live with a wall around their heart made of multiple layers of trapped emotional energy.
While the Heart Wall works well to keep your heart from shutting down during extreme distress, it acts much like living in a bomb shelter: it provides protection while the bombs are falling, but after the battle you end up feeling lonely, disconnected and unfulfilled.
Nestled at the center of your being, your heart does more than simply pump blood. All organs generate emotions, and the ones with the highest frequencies come from the heart. Emotions generated by the heart – love, joy, trust, gratitude – make it vulnerable to emotional injury.

When feelings of deep grief, heartache, or loss occur, your subconscious mind uses trapped emotional energy in your body to make a symbolic wall. In the most painful of experiences, this wall protects your heart from breaking beyond repair.
The energetic vibration of love resonates at the highest emotional frequency observed. Over the last 200 years, scientists studied and created various ways to measure the heart’s electrical and magnetic fields. They found that the magnetic field of a healthy heart reaches as far as 12 feet in diameter around the body. While the Heart Wall serves to shield your heart, it also restricts your ability to trust and love completely and freely. Indications that a Heart Wall exists include feelings of isolation and depression, repeated broken relationships, heaviness and pain in the chest and shoulders, and chronic compromised immunity.

Heart Walls + the Mother’s Heart
As a mother, the presence of a Heart Wall affects your relationships with your children. Every woman holds within her heart a sacred and holy desire to create physical bodies for celestial spirits.
When your own emotional trauma triggers building a protective barrier surrounding the most vulnerable space in your being, natural life-giving forces begin to die. As a mother, your heart hides expressions of love and joy, withholding the most powerful healing energy from flowing.
By removing the Heart Wall around your heart, healing love rushes out of you into your sphere of influence. You begin to balance and restore vitality within you, which ripples outward, building momentum with each wave of tender devotion.
Over the few days following a Heart Wall Clearing, relationships might feel connected and deeper…
When I find your Heart Wall, I use muscle testing to first determine what symbolic material your subconscious mind used to create it. I then apply a series of yes or no questions to find the Trapped Emotions that built your wall, and release each one. It typically takes 3-5 sessions to remove a Heart Wall.
Often, when the final Trapped Emotion releases and the Heart Wall dissolves, a feeling of weightlessness, light, and love wash through women. Over the few days following a Heart Wall Clearing, relationships might feel connected and deeper, conversations may become more fulfilling, and anxieties over social interactions could decrease.
