Birth Trauma Healing
Gentle Support for Women Processing Difficult Birth Experiences
Sometimes a birth experience leaves more behind than expected, and families may benefit from birth trauma healing.
You may love your baby deeply and still feel unsettled by what happened
Even when everything appeared medically fine, your experience still matters.
Two Hearts Healing offers body-centered support for women who are ready to begin restoring balance after pregnancy.

When Birth Still Feels Unresolved
You may find yourself here if:
- Your birth experience still feels tender or unfinished
- Thinking about pregnancy or birth brings emotional or physical reactions
- You feel disconnected from your body or sense of safety postpartum
- Others say everything went well, yet it did not feel that way to you
- You sense your system is still holding more than it needs to
You do not need to justify your experience in order to seek support for birth trauma.
Birth Trauma Can Live in the Body
After difficult experiences, the body sometimes holds what the mind has tried to move past.
This can appear as:
Lingering emotional responses
Nervous system sensitivity
Physical tension or unease
A quiet sense that something inside has not fully settled
Healing does not require reliving the experience.
Often, it begins by allowing the body the space it did not have before.
A Gentle Approach to birth trauma Healing
Healing unfolds at the pace your system is ready for.

Two Hearts Healing provides support that is:
- Trauma-informed
- Consent-based
- Body-centered
- Guided by the nervous system
Sessions may include:
- Grounding and nervous system regulation
- Intuitive energetic work using the Body Code system
- Gentle reconnection to the body and inner resources
What Sessions Often Feel Like
Clients frequently describe sessions as:
Calm and grounding
Slow, gentle, and supportive
Respectful of boundaries and lived experience
A place where they can simply rest and reconnect
There is no pressure to share details or have the “right” words.
You remain in control of your experience.
