Dear *|FNAME|*,
A couple of weeks ago, I was at the grocery store, wandering through the produce aisle. I headed toward the greens, looking for my usual salad ingredients. The display was beautifully set, but instead of grabbing my standard head of romaine, a more curly, vibrant green caught my eye.
I discovered it was endive. I had never tried it before, but I could feel its bright, upward energy, so I decided to add it to my cart alongside some dill and red leaf lettuce.
Around that same time, I was talking with a friend about the need to start moving more and eating better as the winter thaw begins. We asked each other: What can we do to hold ourselves accountable for the changes we want to make? Well, I went all out. I spent hours in my favorite play space—a spreadsheet —and realized a few things about myself:
* I do best with small, incremental changes.
* I love the ancestral wisdom found in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda
* I need inspiration, not rigid rules.
* And yes, I really like playing with spreadsheets! (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MESDeLOVhvxmAkX4alVAmtjJoY6FOqIG4-yxTO7LAow/edit?usp=sharing) (LOL)
** Knowledge is Power
————————————————————
After all that creative work, I settled on a few simple changes that align with where I am each week. For the first week, I’m simply drinking a glass of warm lemon water before breakfast and making an intentional effort to get outside every day. The following week, I’ll begin adding in restorative and healing foods from the list I created. The week after that, I’ll work on replacing sugary treats with healthier alternatives like fresh fruit or yogurt.
Knowledge is power, but the real magic is in learning to listen to our own bodies. What do you need right now? Do you need rest because you’ve pushed too hard? Do you need movement because winter was long and cold? Do you need fresh spring greens or nourishing broths to awaken your system?
** Knowledge is Power

To help you navigate your own endive discovery, I’ve put together a special Spring Clean: Seasonal Flavor Shopping List. (Well, there are two lists, actually – the pretty one shown here (https://twoheartshealing.info/wp-content/uploads/sites/109/2026/03/Spring-Flavors-Shopping-List-logo-scaled.png) , and a more comprehensive checklist you can use here (https://twoheartshealing.info/wp-content/uploads/sites/109/2026/03/Spring-Flavors-Shopping.pdf) )
Spring rejuvenation in both TCM and Ayurveda focuses on upward energy—waking the body up and gently clearing out the winter stillness. This guide categorizes the bitters that stimulate, the sours that brighten, and the vibrant greens that nourish.
You can save it to your phone for your next grocery trip or print it out to keep on your fridge as a gentle reminder of what your body might be whispering for this season.
** Spring Cleaning my Services
————————————————————
Just as I’ve been refreshing my kitchen, I’ve spent the last month doing a bit of spring cleaning on my professional offerings. I wanted to establish a clearer, more supportive process for the Mamas I serve.
My goal is to provide a gentle, three-stage path that moves you from simply surviving to a state of rooted peace:
* Discovery (15 Minutes) : We always begin with a free, no-pressure connection. This is a quiet space for you to share your story and for us to see if our hearts are a match for your healing journey.
* Rooted in Motherhood (3 Weeks) : This is our core foundation. Over 21 days, we use a Triplet of Support—Preparation, Clarity, and Integration—to release energetic weights and find your natural rhythm again.
* The Flourishing Path (Ongoing) : Once your foundation is steady, we move into specialized seasons of care tailored to your specific needs, whether that is navigating pregnancy nausea, preparing for an empowered birth, or finding restoration in the fourth trimester.
Whether you are just beginning your process or you are ready to deeply transform your experience of motherhood, this journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

** Sneak Peek into Next Week
————————————————————
Next week, we move from the grocery store aisle to the morning rug. In the wisdom of TCM and Ayurveda, Spring is the season of the Liver—a time when the internal sap of our bodies begins to rise and seek movement.
We won’t be talking about an exhausting overhaul; instead, we’ll focus on the power of changing just one thing. I’ll be sharing a simple, five-minute Hands-on Healing practice using breath and gentle twisting to help activate your Qi and shake off the last of the winter stillness.
Enjoy the search for endive in your grocery store this week. It really is delicious!
