Working over the years as a Labor Doula, I spent many long hours with mothers in labor while they worked through emotional blockages. Information breeds inspiration, and I discovered that when a mother welcomes healing energy during pregnancy, the birth process shortens and softens. Opening a mother’s heart before birth reduces unnecessary interventions and increases positive experiences.
